Tonight at the Union Market Test Kitchen Bazaar Spices welcomes chef Jonathan Bardzik, who will walk you through the flavor profiles of everything from Sumac to Ras el Hanout by adding exotic spices to everyday ingredients. The class is from 6pm to 8pm and costs $30. Register here.
