Today from 4-6 p.m., Capitol Hill Village will be officially dedicating their amazing Little Free Library in honor of former Executive Director Molly Singer. Everyone is invited to attend and to admire the lovely structure, which is a dead ringer for the larger building behind it and was made by artist Bert Kubli. District Flow Yoga is opening this weekend on Barracks Row, in a space above &pizza. Fitness studios have had great challenges over the past year and a half and it’s nice to resume in-person classes for many. Click here to follow them on Instagram and learn more about their schedule.

On select Mondays, the National Postal Museum holds a special virtual storytime. Their next date is Monday, June 21. Click here to sign up.

CHAW’s Sculpture Stampede, a virtual 5k around the animals, is happening starting THIS SUNDAY June 19 through 27. The sign-up deadline is June 18. Register here and help support CHAW’s wonderful mission of art for all!

Sunset cinema is happening at the District Wharf. Through August, you can pre-register to watch new and old classics by the water. Click here to find out the line-up and to register. Their next movie will be Bohemian Rhapsody on Thursday, June 24.

There will be another Statehood rally ahead of the June 22 Statehood hearing. The rally will take place at 8:30 a.m. and participants are to meet at 2nd and East Capitol Street. Neighbors are all invited– please RSVP here.
