To Do From Anywhere, Week of August 27, 2020

It may be newly-hatched Virgo season, but I’m kicking my birthday season off resolute to relax– only coming back to tell you about two fun events happening today. I want to remind you to enjoy these precious few last days of summer, 2020. Grill something, dip your toes in a kiddie pool, eat an Otter pop, or just eat up the last of the corn. Only one more month until sweater season!

Sasha Bruce Youthwork is doing a wonderful special event today. They will be leading a virtual discussion called Peace and Power: Fulfilling John Lewis’s Legacy. This discussion is all about helping young people learn how to use their voices to exact change. Click here to register.

The Yards’ Rosé All Day was such a fun event, you’re definitely going to want to join the fun at Tiki Yards Reimagined! For only $25, you can have a little box of joy and access to all sorts of fun, funky events. Register via Eventbrite and make sure you check out the lineup.
