Now that election season is well underway, we would like to give candidates for ANC an opportunity to use our platform and reach their audience. If you are a candidate running for Advisory Neighborhood Commission in Ward 6 and the parts of Wards 5 and 7 closest to Capitol Hill – that is, ANC 5D (Old CityTrinidad) and ANC 7 (Rosedale)– please send your candidate statement to info@thehillishome.com.
Requirements:
Send in a statement no longer than 500 words long stating why you are running for ANC and why you are the best candidate for the position. If you are unchallenged, state why you would like to continue representing your single member district. The Hill is Home prides itself in being an outlet that fosters positive communication and highlighting the best aspects of our communities. We encourage you to adhere to our mission in your candidate statement.
