As if ice cream delivery were not enough to make this day the best yet, along comes National Tequila Day. Really.
A quick polling of the Twitter reveals that Chupacabra DC, 822 H Street NE, has tequila shots, margaritas and not one but TWO happy hours going on tonight! The first one starts at 4:30 p.m. and goes until 6:30 p.m. The second one goes from 10 p.m. until closing time.
