There is an two-alarm fire currently ablaze at the Arthur Capper Senior Apartments, 900 5th Street SE. According to neighbor Bruce DarConte, he and his wife entered the building and no alarms were going off. He told us via Twitter, “Residents had no idea there was a problem.
