Once again the stats are revealing what those of us in the business know and that’s the 20002 and 20003 zip codes are incredibly strong.  In some categories you are seeing almost a 25% increase (sold dollar volume, average sales price, median sales price) from November 2012.  Often times clients will ask are November and December a bad time to list my home?  The stats do not lie!  Happy Holidays.
