Another week gone by, another chance to listen to the magic of music as it’s being performed. What could be better? On Saturday, I ventured way off-Hill to listen to Jessica Pavone at Rhizome in Takoma. Her music was heartbreakingly beautiful and alien at the same time, and the venue was intimate and cozy– just perfect for me, as I love a small venue.
Speaking of small venues, have you all ever been to a Groupmuse concert? There is one coming up this Saturday, March 2, but you have to sign up. More info here.
