For the second time in two days in broad daylight, I witnessed attempted shoplifting with physical altercations at the Safeway at 415 14th SE. I’ve written to Colin Hall, MPD and Charles Allen. The deterioration in the neighborhood needs public awareness so it can be addressed. Will. you help?

We find that highlighting crime can also increase nervousness and unease, and it can also incite abusive behavior toward us, so we focus on sharing crime here on the blotter only.
