- Suspect Sought in a Theft One Offense: 1100 Block of New Jersey Avenue, Southeast
Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department’s First District seek the public’s assistance in identifying and locating a suspect in a Theft One offense that occurred on Wednesday, December 14, 2022, in the 1100 block of New Jersey Avenue, Southeast.
At approximately 3:00 pm, the suspect approached an armored car courier at the listed location. The suspect took money from the courier’s cart then fled the scene.
The suspect was captured by surveillance cameras and can be seen in the photos above.
