This fall, Washingtonians will be voting for an At-large Councilmember, as David Grosso announced that he would not run again. The field of candidates is extremely large and varied, with 25 people vying for the seat. The Hill is Home partnered up with CHAMPS, the Capitol Hill Chamber of Commerce, to ask the candidates a few questions on the at-large office and on small businesses.
