Hey neighbors! It’s yet another week of this new normal and my question is, What is normal anyway?

Christine Vineyard, also known as @lidflutters on Instagram, has been doing these lovely, dynamic digital drawings of places and businesses around DC. She also revamped our logo, #Ward6 borders and all! Tag your creative happiness #thehillishome

A burglar who had been terrorizing H Street NE storefronts has been caught, thank goodness. Washingtonian

The burglar stole between $2000 and $3000 worth of wine from Dio Wine Bar, but was not successful elsewhere. Eater

Adding to the special things happening around the neighborhood during this strange time, Holy Comforter -St. Cyprian’s daily (socially distanced) rosary walk has become a welcome sight around Lincoln Park. Catholic San Francisco

By the way, big congratulations to Call Your Mother’s Capitol Hill opening! It’s a pretty gutsy move to open a store during a pandemic, but judging by all your tweets, Instagrams, direct messages and breathlessly loving stories– as well as the fact that the store was sold out of Thursday bagels by Tuesday– they will be just fine! Eater has more details.
