Gentle Reminder: WARD 6 WEEK!

I don’t know about you, but one of the best parts of summer is to get in free to places with neighbors. I’m talking of course about Ward 6 Week! A full week (and then some) of activities to meet new neighbors and to hang out with Charles Allen and his lovely staff. Yesterday, the announcement was made official: Ward 6 Week will take place from the 23rd to the 30th of July and we’re all invited! I will definitely be at the Ward 6 block party and at the evening monuments tour and would love to say hello to you if you’re there as well. If you want tickets to the Nats game, make sure you’re online TODAY at 2 p.m.! Make sure you click the links to sign up– everything is on a first-come, first-served basis.

Here is a list of activities of which you can partake during said awesome week:

Tuesday, July 23:

Wednesday, July 24:

7 pm: District Trivia at Wunder Garten (NoMa)

Thursday, July 25:

Saturday, July 27:

Please note, Councilmember Allen cannot attend this event, but if you’re a Mt. Vernon Triangle neighbor, this is a great event to support as the Mt. Vernon Triangle CID launches this new service opportunity!

1-3 pm – Ward 6 Block Party! (Hill East)

Tuesday, July 30:
