When all of us at Casey Trees were thinking of the best way to toast both Arbor Day and the individuals who work tirelessly to re-tree D.C., we instantly thought, “Let’s throw a party!”
And that’s exactly what we’re doing on Thursday, April 23!
In less than five weeks, our biggest bash of the year — the Canopy Awards — will fill Dock5 at Union Market with live music and revelry. And we want YOU there!
We are transforming perhaps the coolest warehouse space around into a throwback summer camp. But don’t worry: our event will be mosquito- and sunburn-free.
Here is what a ticket gets you:
- Amazing food and drink. Your ticket is all-inclusive.
- Live music. Hear local and regional faves play their hits from the stage.
- Arts and crafts. This time, with a grown-up twist.
- Silent auction. Bid on experiences from local businesses you can’t get anywhere else.
We have lots of surprises in store for you and will be revealing them in the coming weeks, including the identities of our special guest emcee, our deserving honorees and the live bands.
But don’t delay. Last year’s event sold out and this year’s event will too.
