The Small Business & Entrepreneurship Council is giving away free snow cones today, August 26 from noon until about 2pm at the intersection of Delaware Avenue and D Streets NE. The occasion: The organization’s push to get Congress to pass the Internet Tax Freedom Forever Act. “Help Put Internet Access Taxes on ICE with Free Snow Cones!”
