Flu Shots

It doesn’t *feel* like winter, but it’s best to be ready. Photo by user @kathyfleming628 via our instagram feed

Although today’s weather feels like the inside of a mouth, fall and winter will be here soon–along with flu season. Kaiser Permanente is providing free flu shots to the public over at their Capitol Hill location, 700 2nd Street NE.
You can either get a flu shot on the main floor or at urgent care. There will be a nurse on duty giving out flu shots from about 7 a.m. until 5 p.m. If those hours don’t work with your schedule, you can walk into the Kaiser Permanente urgent care facility, accessible via the lower level entrance, which is open 24 hours a day.
If you need more information or instructions on how to get there, you can call Kaiser Permanente Capitol Hill at (202) 346-3950.
