On January 3rd, CHAMPS will pick one winner who will receive a $250 gift certificate to the neighborhood business(es) of his/her choice, thanks to the generous sponsorship of The Historic Capitol Hill Exxon.
How is “neighborhood” defined? Capitol Riverfront, Barracks Row, Pennsylvania Ave SE, Eastern Market Row, Hill East, Massachusetts Ave NE, H Street NE, NoMa (and everything in between!)Entrants may submit as many testimonials as they’d like. The only rule is that each testimonial must only pertain to one individual business, service, or event.
