Looks like we’re one step closer to permanent youth curfew zones, as a first vote on them has passed. (WUSA-9) but you know who thinks youth curfew zones are not good? Several Councilmembers and Free DC (Free DC on Instagram). The next vote will be on May 5.
Councilmember Charles Allen recently sent a newsletter with several items of note. One of the best ones? The extremely dangerous and tricky intersection at 6th and A Streets SE will finally be an all-way stop. You may recall that at this intersection, 6th has no stop: this makes it very dangerous for pedestrians.
