On Saturday, October 25, 59 Capitol Hill neighbors braved the 39-degree morning and came together with neighbors, family and friends to purge closets and enjoy the traditional sport of haggling. I feel very honored to have put together this event, with the invaluable help of Stacee Longnecker, whose incredible energy and enthusiasm make this a much easier task.
