Closed Spray Parks & Pools Due to Low Pressure in Water System

Area still affected by the Boil Water advisory. Via screenshot.

The District has been under a Boil Water Advisory since about 4:30 this morning. According to DC Water, there was a loss of pressure at the Bryant Street Pumping station in Northwest DC, causing the water quality to become potentially compromised. The original area affected was mostly in the northwest of the city, affecting Ward 6 primarily in Shaw only. However, this is a citywide problem that is now impacting food establishments, spray parks, pools and camps across town.

Long story short: Come hang out on the Hill and Capitol Riverfront and the Wharf, folks! Our water appears to be fine! (Sorry)
