This Wild Life, a California pop punk band turned acoustic duo, has crossed genre lines with ease. Their debut full-length, Clouded, saw incredible success upon its release as Billboard’s #1 Top New Artist and #1 Top Alternative New Artist, and received rave reviews from music enthusiasts everywhere. This melodic, heartfelt, acoustic pop-punk duo has put in an astounding amount of work to get to where they are today, and it is well deserved. The first time I heard them, I was immediately drawn in and now they are one of my favorite bands. Catch This Wild Life on July 21 at the Rock & Roll Hotel. Get your tickets here.

The Rock & Roll Hotel hosts Aztec Sun, a D.C. based 5-piece touring in support of their debut EP Set You Free, and to get ready for the release of their first full-length album this year. This self-proclaimed “Funk with soul” band brings a live show filled with their upbeat and energetic mix of retro 70s funk, soul, and jazz.
