Hey wine fiends! This Friday July 21 from from 6 to 8 p.m., join us for a natural wine tasting with Dio Wine bar at Capitol Hill Arts Workshop, 545 7th Street SE!
You may remember that back in May we shared the news about Dio, a natural wine bar opening on H Street NE this summer. Stacey Khoury-Diaz, the owner behind the first natural wine bar in DC, will be sharing her expertise with us at this informal gathering.
Bring your thirst… for knowledge, obviously, and prepare to learn about how natural and biodynamic wines are slowly changing our perception of how wine should always taste.
We will be tasting three different wines:
- La Collina “Quaresimo” Lambrusco from Emilia-Romagna, Italy
- Amplify Wines 2015 “Duke & Ella” from Santa Barbara County
- Foradori 2014 “Teroldego” from Alto-Adige, Italy
Get excited! The organizers ask for a suggested donation of $15 cash per person, but you can give as you see fit.
