For the fifth year in a row, Capitol Hill has won the title of Best Neighborhood to Live In in the Washington City Paper’s annual Reader’s Poll! I know I’m biased but I do feel that our neighborhood just keeps getting better. And so much of what makes it great are our local businesses. Here are the MANY who were recognized in the polls this year.
(Updated 2:50pm) I also want to give a shoutout to the Hill businesses recognized in the Staff Picks! East City Bookshop for Best Indie Bookshop, Capitol Hill Books for Best Bookstore Twitter Account, and Summit to Soul for Best Yoga Apparel Store!
Congrats to all winners and nominees!
