Are you a fan of the beautiful façades all over the Hill? Are you a photographer? This contest is for you: The Capitol Hill Restoration Society has a contest running through February 25 called, “The Capitol Hill Home.” You can submit your entry via email at HouseTourCHRS@gmail.com.

We’d like to hear how you define “The Capitol Hill Home.” Even better, show us – take an exterior shot of what you think makes a home a Capitol Hill home.
Email the photo to us at HouseTourCHRS@gmail.com. Be sure to include your name and address, email address, and the address of the property in the photo.
The winning image will be awarded two complementary (sic) passes to the 2017 CHRS Mother’s Day House & Garden Tour and be prominently displayed on the CHRS website. Entries due by February
1025, 2017.In submitting your photo to the CHRS 2017 House Tour photo contest, you agree that it will become the sole and exclusive property of CHRS, which may reproduce, modify, and digitize and adapt the photograph. (By saying a contestant’s winning entry is yours, do you mean to imply that the winner should surrender their copyright, CHRS? If so, we don’t think that is a good idea.)
