Another side effect of this long cold winter has taken shape in the form of a mussel shortage. This can be tough news for any restaurant that has earned its fame from its flavorful bowls of the shelled treats.
Granville Moore’s may have first been known for its mussels (Chef Teddy Folkman even beat Bobby Flay in a throwdown), but their menu includes so much more. So while the mussels try to make a comeback from this miserably cold winter, the folks at Granville Moore’s are highlighting some of the other dishes on their menu. A few of my favorites are the Mac & Cheese, Shrimp and Grits and the bison burger, which, in my opinion, is one of the best burgers on H Street.
