Just in time for the holidays, the owners of Zest Bistro are opening the doors to their newest restaurant, Agua 301, at the Lumber Shed Building at Yards Park. Chef Antonio Burrell, who was previously at El Centro D.F., has created a “modern mexican menu with less than traditional touches” that has everything from “little bites” to tacos to entrees. The full menu is below for you to get a sense of what to expect.
Agua 301 is located next to Osteria Morini, with an equally impressive view of Yards Park and the river. I absolutely love the space and the idea of enjoying a margarita while looking out onto one of my favorite neighborhood parks. But don’t wait until the weather is warm to try this place out. The large windows give the space a warm feel that will be great all year.
Agua 301 opens TOMORROW, Saturday, December 21. They will be open for dinner from 3:30-10pm Sunday-Thursday, and 3:30-11pm Friday-Saturday. They will start serving lunch on December 29th (11am-3pm) and brunch will begin on New Years and continue every Saturday and Sunday after that.
