Don’t forget to mark your calendars for our happy hour next Wednesday! We will be joining Lavanga in an effort to raise awareness about breast cancer and early detection.
Please join us on Wednesday, October 10, from 6-10 pm for a happy hour at Lavagna, located at 539 8th Street, SE. to help us raise money for this great cause. All night Lavagna will donate 25% of their proceeds to Pink Jams! to Take a Bite Out of Breast Cancer. We will be in the upstairs bar where you will be treated to special discounts on wine, cocktails and appetizers. It’s a great chance to meet some of your favorite local bloggers, mingle with neighbors and give to a good cause.

PINK JAMS! is an outreach and fundraising campaign focusing on educating Washington, DC area residents about the importance of early detection and breast cancer awareness. For the entire month of October, chefs and restaurateurs commit their establishments to helping us in its mission – reaching tens of thousands of men and women in our area.
