Upcoming Community Meetings

As I mentioned this morning in Hill Buzz, there is a special call meeting on the Hine School on June 21st to see a presentation of the revised plans; hear the community’s reactions; and vote on a second resolution.  The meeting will be at 7pm at The People’s Church, located at 535 8th St SE.  The Historic Preservation Review Board hearing on the Hine Redevelopment Project will then be held during the Board’s June 30th meeting.  As for your regularly-scheduled community meetings:

• Wednesday, June 8: ANC 6C will meet at 7pm at the Heritage Foundation, located at 214 Massachusetts Avenue NE. The full agenda can be found on their website. Also on Wednesday, the PSA 103 monthly meeting will be held at 7pm at Miner Elementary School, 601 15th Street, NE.
• Thursday, June 9: ANC 6A will meet at 7pm at Miner Elementary, 601 15th Street, NE.  The full agenda can be found on their website.
• Wednesday, May 18: The Eastern Market Community Advisory Committee will hold its monthly meeting in Eastern Market’s North Hall at 6:30pm.
• Monday, June 13: ANC 6D will meet at 7 pm at St. Augustine’s Episcopal Church, located at 600 M Street, SW.  The full agenda can be found on their website.
• Tuesday, June 14: ANC 6B will meet at Church of Jesus Christ of LDS, located at 522 7th Street, SE.  The full agenda can be found on their website. Also on Tuesday is the PSA 102 monthly meeting at 7pm at the Sherwood Recreation Center, corner of 10th and G Streets, NE.
• Thursday, June 16: The PSA 107 monthly meeting will be held at Liberty Baptist Church, 527 Kentucky Avenue, SE at 7pm.
