Well that was not exactly the start to baseball season that I was hoping for. I was prepared for a sloppy game after seeing the Nats at spring training last weekend, but I didn’t expect them to lose 11-1 in their home opener. So should we just look forward to the fall and football season…with McNabb as a quarterback? I’m not so sure how I feel about that one. At least we had nice weather and a good excuse to take a day off from work. And now it’s back to the office and another Tuesday roundup of Hill Buzz!
- Dangerously Delicious Pies is finally open, for real this time. Frozen Tropics has the announcement.
- JD Land reported that Booz Allen will be taking 30,000 square feet of office space at 20 M Street.
- Also from JD Land, details on a new company working to bring a water taxi that will bring people to Nationals Ballpark from places such as Georgetown and Foggy Bottom.
- In case you’ve been living under a rock the last 24 hours, our new quarterback is the Eagles’ very own Donovan McNabb. DCist, We Love DC and the City Paper have details.
- Urban Turf featured a beautiful H Street Corridor rehab.

the water taxi sounds great. if it runs at regular times (as opposed to just getting people to games) it would be a fun way to get to georgetown from the hill and I am sure my kids would love it.
