The next round of ANC meetings is coming up, as well as a few other community meetings. Most of their agendas are not posted in advance, something I hope changes since these meetings are often the best place to find out about what is happening around your part of the neighborhood. There are also a series of open houses at many of the Capitol Hill schools for prospective parents; Tommy Wells has the full list with dates and times on his website.

Tuesday: ACN6B, PSA 102, Trinidad Neighborhood Association, and a public meeting on the C Street project
Wednesday: ANC 6C and PSA 103
Thursday: ANC 6A
Next Week: PSA 107 and PSA 105
ANC6a’s agenda is always posted at least a week in advance on local listserves and on their website.

ANC6a’s committees even post their agendas well in advance so that community members know what is going to be considered and plan to attend.
They are the exception to the rule, sadly. It would be great if the other ANCs would post their agendas as far in advance.
