If you’re a golfer and would like to assist a local school in providing more student scholarships and improvements to their facilities, save April 7th to your calendar. The first St. Peter’s School Golf Classic starts at 9 a.m. and promises to be a fun and social day on the course.
The golf classic takes place at The Country Club at Woodmore, a private facility and host of PGA, just 20 minutes from Capitol Hill (at the intersection of Route 202 and the Beltway).
Registration opens at 9:00 a.m., followed by a “shot-gun start” at 10:30 a.m. Entry includes an eighteen-hole course, contests, boxes lunch, and a tournament hat.
After your game, join fellow golfers and St. Peter School parents at a two-hour reception with open bar, buffet, raffle, and prizes. It’s a great way to support the school. Start thinking about your team, maybe with some friends, Capitol Hill neighbors, or a network with business colleagues. Registration is available for single or four-player entries.
