I used to think moving into a row house in the city meant giving up things like an en suite master bath or a family room (above ground) separate from common areas where guests come and go. This week’s featured house definitely busts those myths. The master bath alone had me drooling, but the smart first floor layout that provides for private lounging space just behind the kitchen is a stroke of genius. Renovated in 2005, this 3/2/1 house has many other clever, beautiful details and looks brand new. Like a great movie, the preview photos of this house don’t give away any of the best parts, so you’ll have to see this one in person.
