Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department’s First District seek the public’s assistance in identifying and locating suspects in reference to an Armed Robbery (Gun) offense that occurred on Thursday, March 11, 2021, in the 1000 Block of H Street, Northeast.
At approximately 9:45 am, the suspects entered an establishment at the listed location. The suspects brandished handguns and demanded prescription medication. The suspects assaulted the employee, took prescription medications, and then fled the scene.
The suspects were captured by a surveillance camera and can be seen in the photos above.

Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department’s First District seek the public’s assistance in locating a suspect in reference to an Assault with Intent to Commit Robbery While Armed (Gun) offense that occurred on Tuesday, March 2, 2021, in the 600 block of H Street, Northwest.
At approximately 2:23 pm, the suspect approached the victim at the listed location. The suspect assaulted the victim and demanded the victim’s property. The suspect then brandished a handgun and fled the scene without obtaining any property.

Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department’s First District seek the public’s assistance in identifying and locating a suspect in reference to an Armed Robbery (Gun) offense that occurred on Saturday, February 27, 2021, in the 400 block of 7th Street, Northeast.
At approximately 6:53 pm, the suspect approached the victim at the listed location. The suspect brandished a handgun and demanded the victim’s property. The victim complied and the suspect fled the scene.

Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department’s First District seek the public’s assistance in identifying and locating a suspect in reference to a Burglary One offense that occurred on Wednesday, March 10, 2021, in the 1200 Block of C Street, Southeast.
At approximately 6:02 am, the suspect entered an occupied residence at the listed location. Once inside, the suspect took property then fled the scene.

- March 17, 2021 Arrest Made in Burglary Two Offense : 1100 Block of D Street, Southeast
Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department’s First District announced an arrest has been made in a Burglary Two offense that occurred on Tuesday, November 24, 2020, in the 1100 block of D Street, Southeast.
At approximately 8:00 am, the suspects entered an unoccupied residence at the listed location. Once inside, the suspects took property then fled the scene.
On Wednesday, March 17, 2021, pursuant to a DC Superior Court arrest warrant, 23 year-old Jamar Simons, of Southeast, DC, was arrested and charged with Burglary Two.
This case remains under investigation.
- March 17, 2021 Arrest Made in an Assault with a Dangerous Weapon (Bat) Offense: 500 block of 16th Street, Northeast
Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department’s Fifth District announced an arrest has been made in reference to an Assault with a Dangerous Weapon (Bat) offense that occurred on Thursday, February 18, 2021, in the 500 block of 16th Street, Northeast.
At approximately 7:31 pm, the suspect and the victim were involved in a verbal altercation at the listed location. During the altercation, the suspect struck the victim with a bat then fled the scene. The victim was transported to a local hospital for treatment for non-life threatening injuries.
On Tuesday, March 16, 2021, pursuant to a DC Superior Court arrest warrant, 44 year-old Gerald Roseby, of Northwest, DC, was arrested and charged with Assault with a Dangerous Weapon (Bat).
- March 17, 2021 Arrest Made in an Armed Carjacking (Gun) Offense: Unit Block of I Street, Southeast
Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department’s Carjacking Task Force announce an arrest has been made in reference to an Armed Carjacking (Gun) offense that occurred on Monday, November 23, 2020, in the Unit block of I Street, Southeast.
At approximately 8:00 pm, the suspects approached the victim at the listed location. One of the suspects brandished a handgun and demanded the victim’s car keys. The victim complied and the suspects fled the scene with the victim’s vehicle and property.
On Wednesday, March 17, 2021, pursuant to a DC Superior Court custody order, a 16 year-old juvenile female, of Southeast, DC, was arrested and charged with Armed Carjacking (Gun).
