Community Litter Clean-Up: Sat 3/2 at 9 and 10 AM. Join neighbors in helping to clean up our streets and keep our rivers free of trash. Bring your own gloves and bags or pick some up from one of our sponsor locations including Atlas Vet, Chick-fil-A, Fulcrum, 7-11 (15th & Indp) and more. Miner Yard Sale: Sat 3/9 9 AM to 1 PM. Support Miner Elementary’s PTO and grab a great deal on books, games, clothing, furniture and more. Donations are accepted weekdays from 8 AM to 6 PM. You can also drop off your electronic and hazardous waste (saving yourself a trip to Fort Totten). Details here.
Rock n’ Roll Marathon: Sat 3/9, 7 AM to 2 PM Plan ahead for the marathon, coming to our neighborhood on March 9th. For the first time MPD will require that all cars be removed from the route, including H St, 13th, Constitution, NC and C. Flyers were posted to affected and nearby blocks this week– you can also check out the map here.
