Beasties Annual Holiday Shelter Collection Drive!
Clearing out closets? Making space for new pet gear? Help keep a DC shelter pet warm this season by donating used towels, light blankets and pet supplies (no opened food, please) to the Washington Humane Alliance’s New York Avenue Shelter. Beasties will come and pick up your donation and all will be delivered (with Santa-like drama) to the shelter on Friday the 14th. Send and email to set pick up to Beasties@me.com
Personally, I hope someone documents the part where the delivery is accomplished with Santa-like drama. So, you’ve heard her, animal lovers! Ruthcarol will come and pick up your donation in person, anywhere within the greater Capitol Hill area. What are you waiting for? The doggies and kitties at the New York Avenue shelter deserve a nice Chrismukkah!
