After cherry blossoms in the spring, there is little in the tree family that reminds me more of summer than crepe myrtles and it’s a joy to walk under them (ok, the taller ones) as they arch over sidewalks. The trees so lovely with their smooth trunks and delicate pink flowers — until they begin to fall. Thanks for sharing this photo and tagging us @reachingforfi.
