Stanton Development recently shared a link to the ribbon-cutting ceremony of the Hine School development, a.k.a. 700 Penn and we are all cordially invited.

We have been wondering out loud (on Twitter) for a little while about when the 700 block of C Street SE will officially open. Readers (also via Twitter) also wondered whether maybe, just maybe, the street would never be open for car traffic. For now, we’ll have to keep wondering about the street, unless the Mayor’s office decides to reply to our emails.
