CHCNS, the Capitol Hill Cooperative Nursery School, is holding a FUNdraiser and we are all invited. If you are not familiar with her, Ms. Frances is the heart and soul of CHCNS and a joyful presence on Capitol Hill. I’m proud to say that my children are alumni of CHCNS and Ms. Frances, whose hugs only get more magical with time. (You can even read a post I wrote about her from many years ago on here.)
If you want to experience some of the magic of Ms. Frances AND of the movies –while at the same time enjoying dinner and delighting in the possibility of PRIZES, set aside the evening of Thursday, June 8 for Family Night at the Miracle Theatre. For $15 per ticket or $48 per family, you can be a part of this first-ever community event that includes all the things kids (and adults) love best: the Muppets (taking Manhattan, no less), PRIZES, dinner, balloons and magical hugs from Ms. Frances.

The show starts at 6:15 p.m., but doors open at 5:30. CHCNS is expecting this to be a sold-out event, so you can get your tickets in advance through chcns.us/familynight or directly through the Eventbrite page:
