The DC Duck Race is happening Saturday, May 6, 2017, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at The Yards Park. This event needs your help! An event to raise funds for local non-profits, the race itself is simple: Toy ducks are lined up in a contained area on the Anacostia River and…. well, they float! The winners get prizes, sure, but all attendees win! In addition to the main event, there will be music, food, and entertainment.
This event is organized by the Rotary Club of Washington D.C. in collaboration with Capitol Riverfront BID.
