Wonder what’s happening at the corner of 15th and K SE ?
Not quite open house material (yet!), the site was home to a fairly dilapidated building that was used as part of a church property. The Rubin Group will be developing a 12-unit condo building on the site, which will be a mix of 1 and 2 bedrooms. And fabulous by the way 😉
