Tonight, neighbors will be able to see the updated plans for phase I of the Hill East Development (Reservation 13) as developer Donatelli/Blue Skye Development will share their updated renderings and plans.
As a refresher, DC selected Donatelli/Blue Skye Development to develop the first two parcels of the 67-acre Hill East Waterfront. The developer’s plans include mixed used buildings with retail on the first floors and parking garages in each building. ANC Commissioner Brian Flahaven shared the last round of renderings and his thoughts on the initial plans here.
