The holidays are upon us and we need to talk party strategy. However, you can still do unspeakables to a turkey courtesy of Chef Bart Vandaele of Belga Cafe; learn how to roll sushi like a pro thanks to Nooshi; or become the winter soup master, or sauce master, with Chef Matt Finarelli at the Hill Center.
