You probably opted to stay indoors yesterday to avoid the dreary December rain. But, hopefully you made it outside to see some impressive rainbows and sunsets during the afternoon hours.
CHAMPS director, Julia Christian, certainly did not miss out on the opportunity. She tweeted a picture looking down H Street just before sunset.
