Good morning, dear readers. Have you dried out from our rainy weekend yet? Venturing out in it has left me with my first cold of the season, so I couldn’t be happier about the warmer weather that the forecasters are promising for this week and weekend. Did you know that all of this rain has brought out some mushrooms that mycologists haven’t seen in years? Take a closer look on your next walk and you may see some interesting ones popping out of the ground. But learn from some less fortunate folks and don’t eat them…they aren’t the culinary types you may be hoping for. And in other news:
- Frozen Tropics reported that some buildings on the 600 block of H Street has been acquired by some new developers. No word yet on what they have planned for the space.
