Yard Sale Open Thread

Today’s gloomy weather notwithstanding, there will be at least two big yard sales Saturday to get you out of the house and into the sunshine:

Update: the Maury sale is actually at the triangle between A and North Carolina Ave, NE, just off Lincoln Park.

Maury PTA is hosting a sale from 9am-2pm in the triangle between 13th and Tennessee Ave, NE, on the school’s east side, just off Constitution Ave. This event has something for every type of bargain hunter so come early to get best choice or, if you’re the “more for less” type, swing by for the last hour when it converts to an “all you can fit into a Maury bag for $10” free-for-all.

Across the park there is a multi-block yard sale from 10am-2pm on the following streets:
100 block Kentucky Ave. SE
100 block 13th St. SE
13th and Independence Ave. SE
Kentucky and East Capitol Street SE
