Monica Corrado started her “REAL Food Revolution” in 2006, when she began teaching REAL Food cooking classes throughout the DC metro area with a mission to teach moms and others how to cook nourishing food. In her cook for well-being classes, she has taught hundreds of people to cook nourishing, traditional foods for themselves and their families. Some of her clients are cancer survivors, menopausal women, new moms and dads, and others who are interested in using food to heal or to “simply be well”. Monica also enjoys giving workshops and talks about REAL Food. She has also coordinated Farm Food Voices events on Capitol Hill, and been on FRESH panels with Sally Fallon Morell and Joel Salatin.
Now, she’s offering two classes here on the Hill (location given after registration). Over the next two Wednesdays, build your culinary repertoire without going far from home:
Visit the Simply Being Well website for a full list of September classes.
What is going on here? I don’t like PayPal and I won’t use it. But apparently, I cannot learn the basics of what I am buying here (e.g., exactly where is the class located) without paying for the class first with a PayPal account. Where are these classes located, and why is it such a deep, dark secret? Odd.
