A friend asked me on twitter yesterday if I knew of anyplace she could get the word out about the two-household sidewalk sale she was having with her neighbors this weekend. Well, of course I did – I told her I’d be sure to post it here. Imagine my surprise and delight when I heard that they’re selling a Dyson vacuum cleaner, among many other things including furniture, books, picture frames, crafts (I can tell you these will be good; my friend is an excellent crafter!), a dvd player and lots more (some as cheap as FREE!). You can find more info and some preview pics HERE. So you should definitely make sure to stop by 618 7th Street NE between 10am and 2pm. (my kind of people – I never get up early enough for those sales that start at 7am!)

Hi! I’ve got a yard/sidewalk sale happening tomorrow, 9 am to 4 pm, at 642 East Capitol St, NE. I’m moving in a week and I need to clear out some clutter! I’ve got tons and tons of books, a few pieces of furniture including a matching set of sofa table and end tables, board games, a 32-inch TV, and plenty of odds and ends. Come on by for a great deal!
