As part of our long standing scheme to avoid honest labor, Robert Pohl and I are proud to announce our latest venture, Walking Shtick Tours, a Capitol Hill based walking tour company that focuses on examining the nuances of life on the Hill through the ages and has a little fun while doing it. We’ll be offering regularly scheduled tours and are available for private tours as well.
We’ll continue to offer the Haunted Hill tour we did last year, and have added a Capitol Hill Scandal Tour as well. And don’t worry, while Robert does a poor job of keeping secrets, plenty more scandals are only shared on our tours!
More tours will be developed as we continue to grow, so if you have any suggestions about new themes, let us know.
Tours are $15 per person. You may reserve a spot by contacting us at reservations@walkingshtick.com and walk ups will be accommodated on a space available basis.
For our inaugural weekend, we’re offering a special Hill is Home discount: mention Hill is Home to us and get $5 off your tour. We’re offering our Scandal Tour Friday night and Haunted Hill on Saturday, both at 7 pm. All tours start at Eastern Market Metro Plaza.
