Doing this every week, I have seen Realtors use some interesting turns of phrase to catch the attention of prospective home buyers. When I skimmed through and saw the write up for this week’s featured house, I thought somebody had decided to take things to a whole new level. “Rambling” isn’t usually a word that comes to mind in relation to Hill row houses. Then it goes on about a water feature, hot tub and putterer’s shed. Yeah, right. Then I looked at the pictures and yes, in fact, this place appears to be a one of a kind retreat. Listed at $630,000, this 3/2 looks like a gem.

Used to live on G Street not too far from here. The guys selling the house own Surroundings, the flower shop on 10th and East Capitol, which explains the gorgeous outdoor areas.
