Washington City Paper readers and staffers have voted for their favorites in about every conceivable category (such as Best Place to Avoid if you Hate Teenagers) and Hill businesses have done quite well!

If I can be allowed a moment here…The Atlas Performing Arts Center was a runner up for Best Performing Arts venue, behind the first place Kennedy Center and second place, Harman Hall. It’s our first time being even a runner up and considering the other two venues are higher profile with larger staffs and budgets (not mention nearby parking) we are thrilled!
Congratulations to all!
Jen DeMayo is the Communications Director for the Atlas Performing Arts Center.
Just tried Sticky Rice tonight based on this post! The tater tots and sushi were out of this world, not to mention the service and atmosphere. Love the anime kung fu clips playing over the Fleetwood Mac/Lady Gaga mix. 🙂

Wait, Taylor Gourmet has vegetarian sandwiches?
Sorry to have left you out Carey! Congrats!
Yes Duke Taylor has three vegetarian sandwiches. I was happy to see they had given us some thought.
The vegans are still out of luck though.
I confess I usually order the fried ravioli and call that lunch.
